Arc de Triomphe de l'Etoile, ahrk de'tre'oNf' de la twahl', the largest triumphal arch in the world, located at Paris, begun by Napoleon in 1806 to commemorate his victories. It has three arches, the central one being 95 feet high. The whole structure is 160 feet high and 150 feet long.
